Need help to solve a tv out of sync.
I had the power supply rebuild and it did not help.
Any suggestions for model 1QZ27Z45D8

Post complete board set and year of manufacture, along with chassis
line if available.
Then post an exact description of the symptom, along with all
troubleshooting from the basic to the test measurements. Lets make it
easy for people to give you help.
