Default MRF5015 in a FT-847

is it a known problem that the driver
on the HF PA board (Power FET) for the
FT-847 rigs develop a leg separation
problem inside it self under the ceramic
lid ?
seems this animal i have likes the fail
after the tranny gets hot, it simply just
drops out. using a plastic tool and applying
very little pressure will put it back in service
again! you can even hear a very little arc talking
place also! and yes i have checked and double checked
for solder joints. there is no problem there how ever!
i can say that i really don't like the way the transistor
was put in! , there is no relief at all for thermo movement
and this part gets hot by nature... they could have at least
put a slight bend in the legs before soldering and only soldered
what was needed instead of the whole leg which gives it no relief.
this is a MRF5015, any known experience with these?
