Sony flyback transformer

Hello, I'm looking for the flyback transformer of a Sony KV28W-S3E (may
be a lost digit here). The flyback reference is 145318711. Sony says
that this model is obsolete and that the only solution is a new set.

Please, tell me if I can find a compatible replacement or what.
