Default Info on Spellman PCM series high voltage power supply

I'm looking for information on how to enable the variable current limit
on this power supply. The one I have is fixed even with the built-in pot
wired up as in the manual at the Spellman Web site:

http://www.spellmanhv.com/tech/pdf/PCMMAN.pdf

There should be a way to make it variable, probably adding or moving a
resistor but the circuit board markings are no help.

Any info appreciated. I've beent to the Spellman Web site and sent them
a request for assitance twice with no reply.

Thanks.
