Default PANASONIC TX28CK1F no picture

PANASONIC TX28CK1F

Set shows no picture.
On screen display and txt is working good.
However no picture from antenna or extern video.
Jungle IC TDA9365 has been replaced without result.

Who can help me
Service manuel or copie from video processing part of set can help also.

Google for the IC data sheet, at least that will give the pinouts to check
for active in/out.
