Magnavox #RP2748 - B101 vertical rolling
 

This set displays a picture similiar to trying to recieve a pay channel
in the old analog cable days. The scene looks like a negative, and
rolls intermittently vertically. I replaced the SAW filter, and tried
adjusting the AGC, but no change. Is this a probable PLL problem, or
could the eeprom be responsible? Anyone here had any experience with
this particular model? Thanks.
