Default Panasonic CT32E33G Low B+

Hi All,

This set has me stumped. Set was dead owner claims it was a lightning
strike, the SMPS IC STRW5634 was shorted, on replacing it I get a B+ og
only 60V. Verified that the opto isolator was fine but decided to
replace it anyways. Still low B+, have verified most of the diodes and
they seem to be fine. Almost all the voltages are approx 1/2 of the
required voltage.

Any hints on how to proceed next would be appreciated

Thanks
Jay
