CTC169BG Y4301 Ceramic Resonator P/N?
Hi,
I am working on a CTC169BG that will not startup. I replaced all the normal parts that fail and no luck. There is 9vdc at pin 26 when POWER button is pressed but no clock at pin 25 of the TA8680 IC. Anyone know the RCA Part# for Y4301 and where to get it. My electronic service manual does not show this item? Thanks, Dave |

Thanks, Dave Dave, Here's this one, found this Y4301 via google: http://www.freelists.org/archives/te.../msg01319.html This is 503 Khz crystal in little yellow or blue plastic box, lot of older TVs use this, if it says "503" on the box, take it. Remember to check for fish smell when desoldering this. If so, do as this link says. (phewwww!) Cheers, Wizard |

Thanks Jason!! That was the right P/N 200210 and it fixed the problem. The
part was $4.05 from Tritronics. Dave "Jason D." wrote in message ... On Fri, 21 Oct 2005 01:59:41 GMT, "D Sud" wrote: Hi, I am working on a CTC169BG that will not startup.
