Default Anyone work on DLP T.V.'s?

ITC 250. Plug it in power led doesn't light, press power, after waiting for
unit stabilize time, led lights, then goes out three times as unit "tries"
to start.
Hear "pop" in speakers, no arc at spark gap in ballast power supply, lamp
is new, as unit is new, never worked right out of the box. +390 volts DC to
ballast supply, & tries three times. Lamp has + 65 volts approx while unit
tries to start. After three tries unit show code ten then one. Ideas? Can't
get manufacturer on the phone, thr B2B thompson site has no real info on
that chassis. Sky.
