sub for CTC 230 Q14101
 

Hi all
is there anyone out there that might know a sub for this. I think it may be
a regalator. do'nt have a sam on this set loc.Q14101=244223. thanks in
advance.

I think you mean CTC 203. The part is P9NB50, it's a
PC-POWER MOSFET regulator. Don't know of
a sub, but most common suppliers carry it, like
