PSU repair

PSU faulty.

When replaced with new 50V47microF capasitor, will power on for a few
seconds and LED indicator will lit on. Then smoke will appear from
board area where cap has been replaced.

Any advise? Thanks.

Did you install the cap with the correct polarity?
