Default Wireless interference from Valet VM1200?

Just had a wireless networking tech check my place for a wirelass LAN, he found significant interference from something in the house, even when using a 7db antennae. No other wireless access points were apparent, but signal strength and link quality were poor even 15m from the unit. Couldn't find anything to explain, but just thought, possibly the Valet 1200 comm system or? The DSC PC1500 alarm system? Any comments or suggestions much appreciated

Thanks
