TV Board Component ID Please
 

Hi chaps,
Intermittent fault on a Samsung CRT TV.
I`ve traced it to an overheating component in the PS
It sits around the rectifier area and is the only one on the board.
Its blue, cube shaped and has 2 legs. Approx 1cm high and 1/2 cm square.
Marked with `J29` and `P190`. Also has a trade mark `SH` ?

Any thoughts on what it is and spares availability ?

It's a PTC and can be heat, just put in J29 and ptc in google and you can
easily find every thing about the component.

As you haven't written which model the Samsung I can't say more then, Solder
the whole pcb where you think bad connections can be.
