Default ATX PSU PWM chip

Would like to modify a 250W ATX PSU to 13.8V and use it to power ham radio
gear.
There's quite a bit of helpful info available on the net, but I haven't
found any data on the PWM controller IC used which is marked HP1001WA-1. The
IC package is a DIP14, the PSU itself is a Dell HP-P2507F3CP.
