Default Kenmore microwave oven model 565.8904990 open trannsformer

This unit has an open power transformer on the control board. There are
two secondaries. One goes to the display and the other goes through a
simple rectifier which has a 25V electrolytic across it. Can I assume
that these secondaries are around 30V and 12V? The control board is
PN15545. The chip is Sanyo who could be the OEM but I don't know. Any
opinions? Thanks, Lenny Stein, Barlen Electronics
