Default Sony KV-20FS100 problem.

I have a Sony KV-20FS100 television. The TV is less than 3 years old
and has been very lightly used. One day, while watching, it simply shut
off (as if someone pulled the power cord). Pushing the power button now
has the following effect: relay inside TV clicks, tube sounds like it
is powering up, but nothing ever shows on the screen, and immediately
it shuts back off again. The red POWER LED will continue blinking for a
few seconds, but then nothing. I pulled the back cover off, looking for
anything burnt up or obviously broken, and even went over the circuit
boards with a magnifying glass. Can't find any toasted components or
bad solder joints. Any hope for this puppy? All the local TV repair
shops have long disappeared.
