Viewsonic P220f no hv

viewsonic P220f VCDTS22074-3M No HV. so far have found broken and
burned solder joint at yoke socket and a number of other cracked solder
joints. Also it appears that RH34 is open. Does any one know the
value of this resistor? Anything else usually go wrong with this
chassis?
