RCA PTK195DA No sound

Hi. Will soon be looking at an RCA PTK195DA. Owner says it has a good
picture, but no sound. He checked menu, settings fine there. Just wanted to
see if there is a common problem to eyeball before I go out there.

Start by resetting the eeprom with the chipper checker, fixes 90% of no
sound on that chassis. Then check to make sure they do not have
anything connected to the speaker jacks improperly.
