4017 Counter chain
 

Download all of the files into a single new folder and left click on
the .asc file.

I've got the clock running at 1µs and the timeout set for 1ms.

You can set it at different timeouts by dragging the counter ends of
the wires going to the NAND to different Qs.

Can't find 74HC30. Similar CD4068 reports "Unknown subcircit called in..."
