Untested. I just ran a netlist on an old schematic of a LVX4051 re-design I did for Motorola-ON (~2000) to fit the device to using a Chartered process... http://www.analog-innovations.com/SED/LVX4051.sub Let me know if it works. ...Jim Thompson -- | James E.Thompson, CTO | mens | | Analog Innovations, Inc. | et | | Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC's and Discrete Systems | manus | | Phoenix, Arizona 85048 Skype: Contacts Only | | | Voice:(480)460-2350 Fax: Available upon request | Brass Rat | | E-mail Icon at http://www.analog-innovations.com | 1962 | I love to cook with wine. In LTSPICE it must be LEVEL=8 (BSIM3.3). But then the terchnology-parameters for the subcircuits (the variables in curly braces) are missing peter |

Here they are and I've redone the original link. That's for the heads-up! Make that THANKS! for the heads-up. Up to now I had a few runs with LTSpice as .OP, results seem to be ok.
Interesting will be a simulation wit .TRAN, when I have the time I will try. günter |

It's the real deal... the actual chip. The only thing I did was flatten the netlist to make it difficult to copy. (In hierarchical form it's trivial to understand :-) ...Jim Thompson -- | James E.Thompson, CTO | mens | | Analog Innovations, Inc. | et | | Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC's and Discrete Systems | manus | | Phoenix, Arizona 85048 Skype: Contacts Only | | | Voice:(480)460-2350 Fax: Available upon request | Brass Rat | | E-mail Icon at http://www.analog-innovations.com | 1962 | I love to cook with wine.
