Default 4069UB - ceramic resonator oscillator.

Is 6MHz pushing it a bit for a 4069UB?

So as not to leave any inputs floating I chained all 6 inverters and scoped
the waveform at the last output - it wasn't that far off a half decent
sinewave!

Thanks.

I don't expect it to be much of a sine after that many inverters. It
does seem to be pushing it.
