continuity tester ?
 
hi, any body got links or schematics for a continuity tester for
automotive use ? preferably simple design with audio and visual
indication , voltage detection would be a bonus !!

Not a schematic, but this lot have excellent testers - unfortunately not
cheap.

Again, with modern vehicle electronics, a bulb and wire will
absolutely blow something, either a sensor or a computer module. You
need *low* current testing.
