Bogen MXM-A mixer

I have an old mic mixer, Bogen model MXM-A and am looking for a manual for
it.
Does anybody have information on this?
Did find some information on
http://www.clarkhuckaby.com/BogenMod/MxmMain.html

Thanks - Oppie

It is in Sams Photofact 493-4, which was published in 1960. Anything
they printed before 1964 is in the public domain, because they didn't
file the copyright renewals on time. Ask on
news:rec.antiques.radio+phono where several people have fairly complete
collections of the early Sams Photofacts. Jim Menning is one person
there who will scan the service manual for you.

Some Bogen manuals are available on their website:
http://www.bogen.com/documentindex/ but that isn't one of them. There
should be very little difference between the MXM and the MXM-A. They
may have used newer tubes, or a different power transformer, but they
were fairly consistent in their designs. That mixer looks like the front
half of the Bogen MX60 amplifier which is in Sams 482-6. The MX60A is
in Sams 891. It is just the schematic, and is on the 'servicer' page in
that set.

First thing I tried was the bogen website and even asked their tech support
(but never got a response).
I do have a lead on a copy. Will see how it pans out and if decent quality,
will post here.

I was doing a video taping at church this past week. Wanted to use one of
the stereo channels to take room sound using the camcorder mic. The other
channel was supposed to connect into the house sound monitor output. The
monitor output was about 10 dB too low to match the recorder input. Adding
the MXM mixer gave enough gain increase and also had the bonus of a VU
meter.
Sometimes it's good to be a packrat and have a basement and garage full of
goodies. I don't want to even think about having to move one day.
