req R/S URV3 schematic

Hello,

Does anyone gave an electronic copy of the schematic of the Rohde & Schwarz
URV 3?
The probes are working and de main unit works but only at the high input
levels.It looks there is an offset problem.
A diagram helps with pinpointing the fault.
