DE sludging central heating systems
 

Could anyone advise on the best chemicals to use when de sludging the central heating system (rather than a power flush) Also would it be advisable to use this chemical which would hold the sludge in suspension harm the boiler pump (If using the boiler pump to curculate the chemical around the system) If so is it posssible to connect a filter or ?

Go to the Plumb Centre and tell them what type of system you have...also the AGE of the system and they will give you a selection of products...

I think that you are wasting you time though...Power flush it !
