You will have to develop the times from experimentation with your mix. It
could range from a few minutes to much longer. It was used at one foundry
where I worked. I don't have much personal experience with it. They are
use the Antioch process and Hydroperm process. All three processes have to
be worked out (blending, amounts of components, mixing time and setting
time). It will also depend on the pattern material you use.

As I understand it, you are making bronze permanent molds to make aluminum
castings? Why not make iron molds? It would be more economical.
