I would say it's more to do with fear. It is *petrified* of being
denied it's perceived right to cause pain and suffering to animals for
it's taste pleasure and anyone who puts such an assumption under
scrutiny must be countered on all fronts, no matter how stupid and
desperate it makes itself look. It has even stated that *it* is the
most important being on this planet so there really isn't much more to
be said.

Unlike you I campaign to improve animal welfare. There is no fear, I
intend to cut down on my food intake but still maintain a balanced diet.

The real issue here is you're driven by envy, I'm allowed to eat meat,
and you're not.
