I am wondering whether there are any reasons to NOT use Sharkbite

I was wondering the same thing since the water-powered sump pump I
just received came with one pre-installed.

One wonders how a sump pump is water-powered...

Bernoules principal - basically a venturi pump. - is the most
common. HYdraukic pumps are another option.
