Since it's on the "hgh" (boost) of the variac, He's got
between 120=135 vac to gound at that point.
And knowing Jurb, it's probably something he fished out of
a dumpster 30 years ago.
He's already admitted to "fixing" it twice already.
I doubt he did a good job either time.
Variacs are all (or almost all) many decades old.
