How about instead of the black box in your car that records the last few minutes of your moves, every move you make is watched and the cops do not have to stop you, the computer tells whether you were speeding and you must pay the ticket or lose your license, and we know you have the money and we don't care what it was for, even food for your kids.

I can do that, but not everyone can. not only might they work for religious or judgmental idiots, or a church, or who knows, they might have their job partly because of politics.
