I don't have one, the only thing I have is a WWII era testing light. Two end probes and a tiny light of unknown wattage in the middle. It doesn't light up on the incoming wires.
You may wish to consider a trip to Harbor
Freight. Or chat with some neighbors (you
did mention having a cell phone) and see
if any of them has some wiring skill and
tools.
