Decoding English as a second language type postings adds the necessary
challenge. If you do a reverse DNS lookup on the IP address in the
header, it resolves to:

In this case, I think he's trying to recover the operating system on
an IBM T43 laptop, which was eaten by a virus. Not a big deal, but
he'll need a way to boot to the recovery partition before proceeding.
