Have him move down here to Asheville, NC. � He'll hear it 24/7 without a
radio.

put a decent car radio on a AC to DC converter, and keep it in the
house.

He doesn't have a spare car on blocks in the front yard to take a radio out
of like you rednecks do..LOL...
