Why? We've got a willing buyer and and a willing seller. Buyer's
remorse is not grounds for voiding a contract.

building, this one is not.


that shouldnt be a problem a 2 pack a day smoker around here spends
over $2300, might as well set fire to the money.


Same could be said for someone who spends $3k a year on HDTV, a
sports car, or, in my case, guns.

as is we all pay and that isnt right


If you don't want to pay, buy your insurance from a company that
doesn't insure smokers.


Rule #1 = Smokers ALWAYS Lie!
