The deletion had *nothing* to do with the air conditioning system. You
miss
the fact that if the system doesn't have make-up air, you're wrong.

If any air is exhausted to the exterior of the building, be it a bathroom
exhaust fan, range hood, or clothes dryer; it must be sourced from the
outside of the dwelling to MAKEUP the air such took from the building. If
unable to source air external to the building immediately, a vacuum of
sorts
would be attained until something gave in the building to allow such air
to
vent inside the building from the outside of the building. This may be
heard as air screeching at a closed door or window, or, seen as a door
popping open or much easier to open. This is makeup air.

You miss the fact that makeup air always exists IF air is exhausted
outside
the building... HVAC ceases to be a closed system. Makeup air does NOT
have to be introduced as part of the HVAC system.

You still *miss* the *FACT* that the air-conditioning system has absolutely
*nothing* to do with the make-up air!
The *ONLY* way it would is if it actually had a HRV or an outside intake.
