There are likely many fuses in your welder, some are large capacity,
some are smaller capacity, some protect the mains input, some protect
the circuit boards, etc.

So you have to find out which one is blowing, whether you put in
correct capacity fuses, etc.

Your manual may have a troubleshooting procedure that you should try
to follow.

You should isolate the problem a little.
