It's interesting to compare the faces with the crimes, some of course,
have that street "hardened" look, others, I'd never have guessed.

It always amuses me when an aggrieved person exclaims "I never thought
(s)he do that!", or "(S)He didn't look the type!"

It bears remembering that, were a criminal obviously a criminal, their
criminal prospects would be quite limited. You are probably never at
greater risk then when in the company of that sweet, honest-looking
person. I recall a 60-minutes episode where, one moment a used car
salesman was avowing Christian brotherhood to a prospective customer,
and then, after the customer left, cavorted with his pals at how he
took advantage of the rube.
