There was a bit on 'You & Yours' on R4 today. An interview with the
electrical firm that did the work. Seems it wasn't just blown bulbs but
faulty fittings. Which had to be sourced as near a match as possible and
replaced. Which it seems involved drilling new fixing holes in the wall or
ceiling. And they replaced all the other bulbs at the same time.
