Default Height between kitchen worktop and wall unit ?

Is there any distance regarded as standard between a worktop and the
base of a wall unit ?

It is normally set by a full height unit, such as a fridge/freezer tower or
larder unit. If you have no such units, then user preference can creep in.

Christian.
