Virtue signalling JK Rowling to house "refugees" in one of her many mansions.
https://www.change.org/p/j-k-rowling...src-reason_msg

Has any celebrity making this promise actually kept it?

Actually, why should she?

I mean I have a spare room, but I'd not take anyone in unless there was a
national disaster. I feel it should be something organised by government
using willing individuals , not bits and pieces strung together this way
and that.

One of the main problems is that I've had experience of living with tenants
of the English kind, you get bad uns and good uns everywhere.

How stupid.

"Since she is a sheltered member of the rich elite"...

Strange - she used to work for amnisty international, and she
was a broke single parent on benefits before writing Harry Potter.

She has said she has decided to stay in the UK (which costs her
loads in taxes she could easily save like many other celebrities
do by moving abroad), specifically to repay for the bad times UK
social security helped her through, and she is now also a
philanthropist.

Of all the people you might pick to moan about, Rowling is a
stunningly bad choice.

Has any celebrity making this promise actually kept it?

What promise?

How many homeless people are you putting up Harry?

These ****s really need to look at what's happening in places like Sweden
to see the real impact this kind of immigration is having on the host

Lots of leftie luvvies were photographed with posters saying "refugees
welcome here". We're just asking them to put some of their copious
money where their mouths are.

They already do. It's called "tax".

You really are a prize ****ing idiot.

The problem is she is advocating mass importation of these scroungers.
They won't be living anywhere near her.

What promise?

Several promised to house refugees in their own homes.

None.
Our own homeless are homeless as a result of decisions they took earlier.
eg Bunking off school and not doing homework.
I don't give a **** about them.
They made their own bed.

I'm not interested in housing foreign scroungers, rapists, murderers, muggers or terrorists I know nothing about.

See you've decided to speak for others again. A sign of gross insecurity.

Because she said she would..and so did Sturgeon.
