Guide to install and filling in the EIC and MWC. Pretty good book. It doesnt tell you how to do things, but how they should be done. Domestic only. ISBN9780955479311 NICEIC, Inspection and Testing. 5th Ed. 2008. Guide to inspection and testing of electrical installations. Pretty good, does not cover 'new' EICR, but does PIRs.
