emulsion removal from lime wash
how to remove emulsion from the ceiling,
its flaking, im told because under it is limewash which is powdery and porous at the edges there are delicate mouldings so scraping isnt the answer, is there some chemical i can use which wont damage the limewash or plaster? george |
