Default Annealing Oven for Acrylic / PMMA / Perspex / Plexiglas - Searchingfor Parts

In the US all of the stove and oven elements are 240 volts. When you
take them out and run them on 120 volts, you get 1/4 the heat and a much
lower sufrace temp. Another option is a 2' section of baseboard heater.
Again, these are 240 volt, run them on 120 for a much more controlable
temp. The oven elements are usually free, the baseboard costs money but
comes with the nice fins to keep the max temp down. Not sure if you have
the dual voltage option across the water but using them on 120 makes for
a slower response time and more even heating.

For the thermostat, a standard forced air furnace blower control works
great. It has an adjustable set point for the high temp cutout that is
adustable from around 150F to 200F (depends on the exact model) Contacts
and dial mount on the outside, 10" long probe sticks into the oven area.

I'm looking to build an annealing oven for Acrylic / Perspex /
Plexiglas / PMMA. Nothing fancy just functional, I'm intending to use
MDF to create a box structure to which I will add a hinged door and
some heating elements. The annealing process is only to about 80C/175F
so I'm happy that the wood will do the job.

I initially considered buying an old oven and ripping out the
elements/thermostat, however for safety reasons I'm not too keen to do
this (The parts are sure to be over powerful), hence I'm trying to
find a supplier for the heating elements/thermostat and controller. I
would happily receive any information anyone could give... even where
to search.

I am based in Europe; a supplier in the UK or France would be most
suitable.

Many Thanks
Grant
