How many collets are pictured here? 120 or 143? (rectangle in the middle)

According to Ignoramus5114 :

I seem to get 161 -- assuming that the left-hand block of
collets is the same type as the center block -- and assuming that
there is a collet under the tag "359".

But it looks like there are two different styles of collets.
The left-hand block is 50 (or 49 if there isn't anything under the "359"
tag.

The center block has 112 locations, and 111 collets. And those
collets are the ones which have a constant depth (with a slight tradeoff
on concentricity). The levt ones *might* be 5C collets. The left ones
are certainly not.

The right-hand block is somewhat uncertain as to actual count,
but those are not collets anyway. I see box turning tools, and what
look like perhaps releasing tap holders, and various other turret or
Automatic Screw Machine tools.

Enjoy,
DoN.

That's what it looks like to me, also.

I see now that you were talking about the middle block.

Correcting myself he

That last sentence *should* have read:

The left ones *might* be 5C collets. The center ones are certainly
not.

Enjoy,
