The best part of that was where the ruling said that "you can't just claim fraud, you need
specific allegations and proof. This case has neither". Team Trump immediately attacked
the judges as activists that are part of the machine. In the unanimous ruling, all three
judges are Republicans, the one that wrote the ruling that included the above, was
appointed by Trump.

And Rudy is happy, saying now they can go to the SC. It would be very surprising given
this ruling, that the SC will even take the case. Which will be another humiliation for
Trump.

That's a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo. No one needs allegations or proof
if you represent trump. Just ask him.

It will be worse than humiliation. In fact I'm not sure he can be
humiliated, even if other people would be for the same things. But
he'll feel cheated. He had a deal with those 3, even if it was
unspoken, that they'd be his guys. How dishonest can they be. "I hate
dishonesty", trump will say.
