The clear stuff is probably polycarbonate, not fiberglass.

Fiberglass is translucent at best. Transparent would be a polycarbonate of
acrylic sheet. Ask for specs.

Probably one has a colouring pigment and one has not.
If it's truely transparent however it will not be fibre glass but
polycarbnate or acrylic. Polycarbonate is much the stronger. And more
expensive.
