Default Leak in bath screen hinge

Hi all, it's our first time having a bathroom redone. We're excited it's
nearly completed, all except a leak in the bath screen hinge. We've asked for
this to be looked at, and someone has come back twice to fix this with an
excessive amount of sealant, but water still seeps through. I attach a picture
below, the blue arrows are the two places where water comes through.

What else can be done? I think if we ask for the plumber/joiner to come back,
he'll just add even more sealant (at this point the whole perpendicular corner
has sealant on already), but it doesn't seem to solve the leaks.

I'm sure the contractor just wants the bill at this stage, but we're a little
reluctant to pay it with a wet floor after every shower in a brand new
bathroom. This probably is a common problem? Any advice is most welcomed on
how to solve the leaks!

thanks in advance.

They are sealing where the water is coming out , not where the water is
coming in (on the other side) and it looks like hell.

Tell them to fix it properly or you won't pay them.

Contact the owner of the company.

Those are about the most useless pictures posted here in a long time. What we need to see is on the inside where the water is coming into the door, not on the outside................

Pay nothing until the leak is fixed properly.

It's not going to get fixed by slathering it with silicone now. IMO, it
should be removed, all caulk THOROUGHLY removed then reinstalled on a bed of
caulk. The bed should be thick enough to get some squeeze out which should
be removed or neatly tooled.

That is definitely NOT a common problem with a proper installation. Your installer is a hack. Have the complete
bath screen (?) assembly removed, thoroughly cleaned of all caulk and reinstalled properly.

Don't pay another dime until you are completely satisfied!
