Bathroom Ceiling Peeling After Painting With Latex Paint
I have a bathroom ceiling that I painted with latex paint a few years back.
It is now pealing. What's the best way to prepare the surface for a smooth coat of new oil based paint? A sander seems to leave a less than desired smooth surface and chemicals on the drywall ceiling don't seem to be the answer either. Thanks very much for helping a newbie like myself. |
