Guys:

Does anybody have any idea, which mortgage bank gives loan including
closing costs, I called wellsfargo, they told me, I have to pay for
closing costs (2 to 3 %), but I don't want to pay for closing costs
from my pocket, I heard some banks offers loan by taking 0.5% extra
and they include closing costs, which are they?. Thanks in advance.
