Not sure what your talking about. They all have a nose. Some may have
a nose protector so you don't go near the danger zone of flyback.
Could save your life.

You cannot disaggregate the cost of the bar nose sprocket
from everything else. More expensive types (Stihl, Jonserud)
all have sprockets -- but they would say the total price reflects
total quality as well as totalled costs of components. I have
owned Husqvarna and Poulan and prefer Stihl because of its
greater reliability.
